Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Proceed to Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
You will then be transferred to the trusted payment provider PayPal website when you can complete your purchase.
Shipping And Handling
All orders purchased from carbonpro.co.uk are charged at varying rates according to charges from Parcelforce (UK) or DHL. These charges are based on weight, size and shipping destination.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the entire order is returned, which contains one or more damaged/ faulty item.
Delivery Schedule
The availability of an item refers to the length of time it takes before the item is available for us to send to you. For example, if we have an item in stock it will have 48-hour availability. In other cases, we may have to order the item from are suppliers or wholesalers and it may take longer for us to be able to send you your order.
All Carbonpro custom orthotics are individually manufactured by specialist carbon engineers. To this extent we allow a maximum of 21 working days for delivery.
In extreme case when availbility is more than 21 working days we will contact you in regard to this.
