Returns Policy
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us to arrange an exchange or refund. It is our policy to issue cash/credit refunds for all products returned in perfect condition within 14 days of purchase.

Please note orthotic products cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been damaged due to customer negligence. We will gladly accept your return or exchange of undamaged products if they are returned to us in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Returns can be arranged by email or by calling us. Only return products which have been pre-authorised by one of our sales staff.

Any cost of returning items to us is the customer's responsibility. As the products will be your responsibility until returned back to carbonpro.co.uk, we advise our customers for their own protection to use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

All Returns or Exchanges must occur within 30 days upon receipt of the finished order. The customer incurs all shipping costs. The first pair of Orthotics are guaranteed to fit. If they don't fit correctly, we will make every effort to correct the orthotics. If this cannot be achieved we will provide you with a new pair of orthotics free of charge (except shipping) provided you send us the first pair back. If you are still unsatisfied with the orthotics, you can return them and we will refund your total before shipping.

If CarbonPro makes an error in the fabrication of an order, or there is a proven defect in materials or workmanship, we will replace the defective orthotic at no charge for the insole or shipping to the customer. The defective orthotic still must be returned to us, or we will charge for the replacement. If the customer chooses not to have a replacement orthotic made, a credit in full will be issued to their account when the defective pair is returned.

If the customeror their clinician makes an error or provides incorrect order information, a credit will be issued less a £50.00/pair material charge. Customer error includes:
Incorrect impression technique or approach, which includes:
A shallow impression
A distorted impression
Incorrect size requested
Incorrect density ordered
Incorrect top cover ordered
Incorrect adjustment requests (including thickness)
Failure to note specific orthotic finish or top cover preference.
